• This product ships with the core weight stack tower fully assembled, including the weight plates. It ships standing up on a pallet.
• It is 34" L x 34" W x 88" H and weighs over 1,000lbs. It will be best moved with a forklift - this is not the responsibility of the delivery company.
• We can ship it without the weight plates installed by request. If the weight plates are not installed, it will be easier for 2-4 people to lay it down and carry it through a doorway.
